Sensology Cocktail Sessions….another GIVEAWAY!

As if the Good Food and Wine Show wasn’t titillating enough – I’m talking about you, Matt Moran – Sensology will be presenting a cocktail class entitled “The Art of Making Cocktails”. Mixologists will take attendees through a simple guide for making and serving some of the most iconic cocktails. Magically, with the flip of a wrist and the pour of a Pina Colada or Mojito, you will turn into the ultimate cocktail party host.

The good people at Sensology are offering one of my fab readers a free double pass to one of these classes! Classes run from Friday 4 November – Sunday 6 November, and the winner will be able to choose which class they want (there are time slots all day long).

TO ENTER…

Leave a comment below with your name, email address, postal address (I’ll delete it before publishing!), and tell me what your favorite cocktail is! I will pick a winner randomly at 5pm EST on Tuesday, October 25 2011. One entry per person, you cheeky things.

Sure, it’s not ridiculously original, but I can’t go past a classic margarita: squeeze of lime, the Cointreau… ah!

French Martini! Even better if it’s made by a good looking French man too!

My favourite cocktail is a Caipirinha. It sounds very exotic but is quite easy to make and is somehow a perfect blend of sugary sweetness and lime made with sugar cane rum.

My fave cocktail is the Negroni (if you have the right vermouth) or a rum Old-fashioned. I can’t believe I missed the competition deadline, silly me.!
